KFC Woy Woy

"The problem with KFC is the consistency that you get from one restaurant to another…it’s extremely rare for any KFC restaurants to get your order the way they promise to do so. I always find when you have to wait for your order, you just know that something is going to wrong with your order. In my case it was cold chips, chicken tenders were dripping with oil and the smallest amount of gravy mixed in with the potato. Let’s be honest KFC isn’t cheap anymore they want to charge you a premium price, and deliver a substandard product. I stopped buying as much as used to because I’m over paying good money for either the chips to be cold, not enough gravy mixed in with the potato or the chicken could do with a oil change but the biggest problem is that you arrive home only to find that there is missing items. The last time I had KFC was back in March and it will be my last time for a long time. When I do I’ll drive to West Gosford KFC."

"Dry chicken must have been sitting around in the warmer for hours. Also does it kill you to ever put some napkins or wet towls into the bag! Every time I get KFC no wipes. Serving fried chick and not providing wipes is about as slack as you can get. No more KFC for us I'm sure our arteries will thank us. 1/10. Don't waste your money. Badly run KFC this one."

"The first thing that struck me was the overall messiness and dirtiness of the place. There was trash scattered on most tables, which gave the impression that the staff hadn't been keeping up with cleaning duties. However, one positive aspect of my experience was the young gentleman who served and took my order. He was well-mannered and friendly, providing a pleasant customer service experience. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the young ladies who were serving the drive-through customers. They were extremely rude, and their unpleasant behavior was easily noticeable and audible while I waited for my food inside the store. On the bright side, the chicken at this KFC location was fresh, which is an essential aspect of any fast food restaurant. I appreciated that my take-away order was complete, with not a single item missing. It's always frustrating when you receive an incomplete order, so I was glad that KFC got that part right. Overall, the messy and dirty atmosphere, coupled with the rude drive-through staff, did leave a negative impression on my visit to KFC in Woy Woy. However, the freshness of the chicken and the accurate order fulfillment were redeeming factors. It would be great if the management could focus on improving cleanliness and addressing the behavior of the drive-through staff to enhance the overall customer experience."

"The food was good as usual. The staff was very kind and made a special order for our 3 years old. The toilet is very clean which is very well done as you know it's still a fast food restaurant, you wouldn't expect much. So overall, we had a great time here."

"Bit of a coin toss whether the food will be well cooked, the facilities are clean etc. Last time the place was literally filthy in the eating area and the bathrooms. There was nothing in the warmers and the line went out the door into the outdoor eating area and the staff focus seemed to be on the long line of drive through customers. I walked out. Also I was very disappointed with KFC cancelling too soon the hot'n'spicy chicken which is the one thing that they seem to able to deliver consistantly. And this one of their new "flagship" stores. I decided to got to KFC as I was peckish and felt like something I don't normally have. The young lady (Megan) serving was and what a pleasant person. Her apparent love for her job showed in her attention to mine and other customers needs. The chicken was very nice which also showed that the staff had their jobs at heart. No doubt there is a normal way of preparing the food however when you also have a great experience with the staff it makes for even better eating."
