"I Bought a pair of Lacoste shoes from this store, which had a faulty sharp stitch on the inside. When I returned to the store to show them, there refused to help, and told me because I had worn them they couldn't re-sell them, hence turned me away. When I left my details for the manager to contact me, I was never contacted. They thought by keeping quiet I would go away. Terrible service, and complete disregard for consumer law. Contacted head office who were all too happy to help, and provided amazing service and fixed my problem through Fountain Gate Store."

"I tried to buy a pair of Dr Martens today, but I mustn’t look like I can afford them. I was talking to the sales girl while I selected the boots I wanted and when it came time for her to get me a couple of pair to confirm size, she said another customer had come in and she was going to help them first. I waited a few minutes while she helped the other customer, and then left. She was happy to get shoes for them, but not me. Oh well. I’ll just go elsewhere."
