"Great if you want them to rip you off!!! This firm will rip you off, their rates are about 3 times the average of other firms. Leaving costs aside, they are very tricky to deal with, you cannot ask for their costs upfront, they may provide just ranges, and in the end, even without your endorsement they will go ahead and invoice you for works they decided on their own without consulting you and at the high end of the range provided. I ended up cancelling their services and still had to pay for services they didn't deliver as per my directions. I did is just to avoid further issues down the track which I already foresaw at the time. They also disappeared for 4 weeks during Dec/Jan when I needed them the most while negotiating the COS and dealing with bank loan approvals, there was no point of contact even for urgent matters like this. When they re-opened their office, the were really unprofessional over the phone and didn't want to deal with my queries and concerns over a Contract of Sale."
