"Great service! I had purchased shoes about 3 weeks ago, 1 week before Melbourne’s lockdown. Noticed after wear there was a bit of metal seeping through the back of the shoe (manufacture fault!) - I contacted Platypus Customer Service who provided me information of what to do and confirmation of my purchase. I went in on Friday evening, and the manager was incredibly understanding, helpful & kind; swapped over the shoes and had it sorted for me. Thank you!"
