"Very bad bussiness, we were quote for $450，end up charging us $1500. It was 2 days job, on the first day when they finished, they left front entrance open, and all the lights were on. when we ring the company, we were told it is okay nothing got stolen. On the second day, before hand over, we checked their work and asked why is second floor window not cleaned, The guy replied it was too high. When we asked why is the area.underneath sofa and bed were not cleaned? The girl replied she didn't know. When we asked why is the timber floor washed by water? The girl didn't say anything."
"Eddy cleaned my carpets today. I had dog urine and marks in the carpet from puppies I had just bred. Before contacting eddy, I contacted several other cleaners and none were as courteous or as knowledgeable as Scott was. My carpet is a light cream color and he did a fantastic job getting the stains out. Very professional very easy to deal with and willing to make sure I was happy with the result. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thoroughly recommend eddy for any of your cleaning needs."
"Amazing people to deal with.. I recently moved into a new rented house in Clayton and the agent (Harcourts) had them booked for the cleaning.. The house was initially in a mess but the guy who came deserves a special Thanks from me... Not only he did an amazing job he was very polite and professional.
