"I came to decide to use Mr Duct Cleaning Melbourne Service for cleaning my evaporative cooling system after I read review on Google, I thought the job would be smooth as the Google rating indicates, but the result went the other direction, I was totally shocked & appalled. Firstly, the Tradie was ill-mannered. He started job with bad mood, he felt very irritated and impatient when customer ask him questions, or raised reasonable request to protect home furniture. Secondly, he is very unprofessional. When he clean cooling vent on kitchen's ceiling, he used air-blower to blow the dust out of vent, without giving any protection to prevent dust from spreading in the kitchen, resulted in that the whole kitchen was full of dust, and dust landed everywhere in kitchen, customer has to vacuum the floor, clean the dusted kitchenware after he'd gone. He used the same techniques to blow dust in all my bedrooms too, without giving or advsing any protection to my bed sheets! When he was using ladder inside the house, he didn't give any protection on timber floor, this had caused permanent visible dents and streaks on surface of timber floor. When my father advised him to give some protection to floor, he refused and responded "I am always doing job like this, it wastes time to put blanket on the timber floor ........" When he carried water bucket inside the house, he didn't pay attention for hitting the wall, this had resulted that some wall paint was rubbed off. When he used air blower in the house, he forcibly dragged the blower hose from one room to another room, as my doors are all made in timber, when the ribbed outer surface of hose rubbed on it, it caused a permanent cut on the door! $270 that I am charged for this job is not much for me , but for such a poor service provided by Mr Duct Cleaning Melbourne, and damages to my house's furniture, you are not deserved for full payment! My experience with Mr Duct Cleaning Melbourne was a nightmare, I don't recommend their service!"
