"As an Event Venue Owner located in the Dandenong Ranges, we have enlisted the help of Daniel from ChemDry Pro over the last few years. I say help... because he literally comes to our rescue!... With short turnaround time between events & guests arriving, it can sometimes be a bit of a stressful situation... However, Daniel is always prompt with his communication & replies (& "absolutely no worries at all" friendly attitude), prompt to arrive at our venue, and does an amazing job of cleaning our carpet. Everything from drink (often red wine!), food stains & spills, mud, flooded water... anything & everything! Daniel does an incredible job in lifting the stains and removing the damage from our venue. He was dressed well and unlike many cleaners didn’t smoke (at least didn’t smell like it!!) He was happy to do his best to protect our hardwood floors and he even tried his hand at removing a stain from the concrete! Seriously great guy!"
