"Aaykay did an absolutely fantastic job today , communication was great, he kept me up to date on when he would arrive and when he was nearly finished which helped heaps with not taking too much time away while I needed to work. Oven and grill spotless and awesome job on the carpets and the puppy training wee stains which I wasn't confident would come out well but he must be magic!! Thanks so much Aaykay."

"A previous tenant at my property used these guys to do a vacate clean. For the price they paid they did an extremely average job. They half cleaned the showers, missed areas of dust and grime on window frames and didn't look as tho they vacuum the carpets properly. Due to time constraints and push back from this company, I had to get another cleaner through my property and my previous tenant lost some of their bond. Months later of arguing with the company, my previous tenant got a partial refund that won't cover their loss I would not recommend this company"

"We engaged Optima Cleaning to perform and End of Lease clean at one of our properties. The reason we chose them over others is because they were offering a "Free Balcony Clean". Upon attending to the property to inspect post clean, the apartment was far from clean and the balcony had not been touched. Food remanence was left on the stove, the oven was not clean despite us paying extra for it, there were stains on the walls and windows and the floors were incredibly dusty. We were then advised that a balcony "clean" means only a "sweep" which was not mentioned at all. Trying to arrange a reclean has been a nightmare as the tenants who now reside in there have been cancelled on 3 times after arranging there day to be home to allow access We will not be engaging with this trade again"
