"I wish I could give a zero but there is no option. We had an appointment with Dr suoad Hussain & she is really an unprofessional lady she kept us waiting for 2 hours & didn't attend us at all. My daughter was so disturbed & crying that we had to walk out. I recommend the new visitors not to book an appointment with this doctor at all. She will just waste your time & you will have to be waiting long for no reason. Really very very disappointed with this kind of unprofessional doctor."

"I recently attended a clinic where I had an appointment with Dr. Kiswar Tarek. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the appointment was only for a 15-minute slot. When I was called in by the doctor, everything seemed fine until I asked her to check a lump on my thigh that had been causing me pain for a few months. To my surprise, the doctor informed me that she couldn't examine the lump because we had exceeded the allotted time and she had other patients to attend to. While I understood her time constraints, I couldn't help but feel that this contradicted the moral obligations of a doctor. Frustrated, I decided to leave the clinic as I tend to lose my composure in such situations. Afterward, I approached the reception to inquire if there was a senior practitioner available to discuss what had happened. Fortunately, I was able to meet with a leading practitioner who was not only kind and understanding but also incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns their expertise and compassionate approach reassured me and made me feel valued as a patient. However, despite the exceptional care provided by the leading practitioner, I still feel that the issue was not properly addressed with Dr. Tarek."
