"He was good. He was coming fortnightly, originally,I wanted weekly .The rare few times my days were falling on public holidays he was not accommodating to come on another day. Unfortunately, it ended in an unprofessional manner. A text message. His back story was triggered by emotional behaviour from another customer. True or false story, It's not my place to work it out. He would not finish the job. He texted less than 24 hours before to quit. The way he ended and tried to make it emotional was not the right way to finish it. Somehow, I should have been the one taking on the responsibility for the other customer action, which is not my role. As I told him, I understood the back story, but finishing the job would have been the right step."
