"They always arrive late, not on time! They charge for 1 hour but do the job in less than an hour. They keep changing and increasing their prices over the past 6 months. The cleaners do not know English well, so communication was difficult. Update after the reply from the owner: Thank you for your response, Christina. It hasn't been 6 months since I got your services, it's been nearly a month, I just forgot to write a review because I was busy, but I had the time today. I was your client for about 18 months! I even used your services during the lockdown! 1) The last time they cleaned was 25 February 2022, NOT 6 months ago! The receipt for the transaction that I sent to Jian Guo (Michael) can be sent to you! 2)I did not tell you anything, but I told Michael after every cleaning and sent him photos of areas that were not being cleaned properly. I probably should have called you. 3) I only paid for 1 hour of cleaning, not 2 hours. Yes, he asked me to extend the time, but I found that even with 1 hour cleaning, the cleaners only worked for 40-45 minutes! Therefore, I thought 1 hour was sufficient. 4) In regards to white dog hair, it should be the cleaner's responsibility to bring the best and strongest equipment for vacuuming the dog hair! I paid extra to bring the equipment. 5) It wasn't 4 cleaners, but 2-3, depending on the day and time. And they only worked one hour, not two. 6) Re English, yes, Michael did well for the first 6-8 months and was with them, but after that, he did not come and only the cleaners came. 7) I chose a local cleaning company, but Michael told me that because of the increased price of petrol, I should pay more as the cleaners have to drive a long way to come here. "I would definitely not recommend this business, which I recently engaged two weeks prior to an Open for Inspection, to clean my home . The business owner, Chris, referred me originally to a cleaner by the name of Michael. Michael did not arrive on time and, in fact, I had to call him 30 mins after the scheduled time to ask where he was. He told me he had car problems, and would arrive in 20 minutes. At no time did Michael attempt to contact me to say he would be late. I'd been promised a team of four people, however, three people arrived an hour late (Michael was not one of them); one of the team also had a three year old child with her, and this child had to sit in my home whilst two of the people who'd turned up went about cleaning. I'm absolutely sympathetic to people who find themselves in difficult situations, particularly involving children and also during Covid, however, after the cleaners had left, I felt that I had definitely not received a "spring clean" of my home (for which I'd paid $150 in cash) and I gained the sense that Michael had in fact totally forgotten about the arrangement to clean my home. I also discovered after they had left that they had also taken two of my own cleaning products (one has subsequently been returned). I've reported this to Chris, the owner, who did apologise, but by that time, I felt that the whole experience was extremely negative. I feel Chris could manage her business better by more closely monitoring the appointments she makes for those people she selects for jobs, and I also believe an itemised list should be provided for what constitutes a "spring clean". To be fair, I did not ask for this detail at the time of booking. The clean of my home was satisfactory (definitely not a spring clean though), but the whole experience was not one I wish to have again."
"Overall service was good. But charged for a 5 hour clean and then didn't even clean skirting board etc, which are standard rental moveout clean requirements. When asked to come back with images shown, they agreed but couldnt come out till two weeks after the fact. Other than that wouldve been an alright experience."
"Superb work! Chris was prompt and professional to deal with, and the cleaning team was punctual, polite, and thorough. The rates are very reasonable, and the work was outstanding. Bond refunded in full, with the property manager commenting that it was one of the best jobs they had seen! Highly recommended."
"I do not recommend this place. This was THE WORST cleaning experience I have ever had. Christina was rude and unhelpful. Their cleaner left the laundry tap opened when they left my house with caused me $1,100 to repair plus all the headache. Christina did not take any responsibility and dealt with the situation in the worst way possible. She was aggressive and defensive. DO NOT TRUST their bond guarantee policy. I attached photos of the damage."
