"Highly unprofessional business I’ve ever seen. If you don’t want to get stressed just stay away from them. They increased the price at the very last min even after describing the job and offered them to physically inspect the property before quoting the price. They offer you to match any other quote price but once you hire them they will increase the price when their cleaners come on site and you’ve no where to go. Updated Reply: Oh, now you speak lie. You send your boys 1hr before the job start when I was removing the hard rubbish. I provided you true information but you send 6 men to clean a small 2 bedroom unit and wanted to charge me for all. Learn some business ethics."

Had a hiccup at the start when cleaners didn't ring the apartment intercom and left without contacting me when I was at the apartment. But Sandy was super helpful and organised a different cleaner pretty soon who did a fantastic job of cleaning the apartment and removing some scuff marks from the walls."

Bins weren’t cleaned properly and toilets weren’t cleaned properly. They did do an outstanding job of the oven, drawers and steam cleaning of carpet. But I have had to pay another $300 to get toilets and bins cleaned."
