"We recently had an end of lease clean done. Very disappointed in the service. We had to return to the property to clean things that hadn't been done. I would have thought that an end of lease clean would include wiping down the light fittings. When my partner contacted Harry regarding the unsatisfactory clean he was informed that it wasn't included. He texted us a check list of things that were covered with an end of lease clean, we were never provided with this check list when we booked his services, otherwise i would have booked elsewhere. For the price that was charged it should be included or it should have been verbalised when the booking was made. I would have thought an end of lease clean should cover everything that the real estate requires, you shouldn't need to go back and clean what hasn't been completed especially with the price we were charged. Would recommend asking for the checklist prior to making a booking."
