"I have been under Dr Hau's care for more than 20 years during which time he has kept my blood pressure and cholesterol under control. About 8 years ago he correctly suspected that I had a heart problem and more recently prostate cancer. Both times he referred me to the relevant specialists which resulted in bypass surgery for the heart and treatment for the cancer. Because both issues were diagnosed early, the cancer was eliminated before it spread and the bypass surgery more than likely prevented me having a heart attack. I am now approaching 80 years of age and still living a healthy and active lifestyle, off caravanning again next week. Thanks Dr Hau."

"Updated: I submitted initial 2-star review after always waiting 2 hrs past the GP appointment times, plus some other minor issues. I did try them by phone & email before reviewing. They responded to review on Google (as per below) and also by phone, verbally stating they're just not very modern there (true!), but again guaranteed immediate processing of records transfer request, but of course, they didn't do this. It's been many weeks now with multiple attempts."
