"I came into the store today with my partner. There was a wall with clearance and 1 pair left sign above the shoes. I asked the 2 young girls if the shoes were in size order, and they said, no. They said the shoe sizes are on the boxes. I asked which ones were on sale. They said the ones with this particular label. I was bent over looking for a while to try to find my size. At no point did either of them offer to ask if I needed help. There was no-one else in the store and they were standing at the counter. So I found a pair in the store that i liked and took it to the girl at the counter and asked the girl for my size. She checked the computer, and said no. She didn't offer to check any other stores, or if there was another style I liked or interested in. And then have the shoe back to me to put back. She didn't even offer to put the shoe back. I walked out of the store as they were obviously not going to give me any service. It was like they couldn't be bothered. At no point did they leave the counter. I was very disappointed."

"I purchased through Shop&Collect last week. The online shopping procedure was smooth, but when it came to the step of Collect, it wasn't satisfied. I chose to collect my goods at the Point Cook Store. Unfortunately, I went there twice, and the staff was not attentive. When I went there for the same matter on the second day (last Saturday), the staff refused to meet me at the front door but used her sign language, asked me to call the store number, or she would not talk to me. How ridiculous is that? What if I were disabled or couldn't speak English? I have shown her the confirmation email for pick-up from my mobile through the window glass; however, she refused to come forward and stayed on the spot, stood behind the counter, and asked me to call the store number. It is discrimination! Until the collection, she only opened a little gap, just enough to pass me my purchase through the door, without showing me the goods before giving. When I asked to try the shoes, she didn't want to serve me, which was ridiculous, unprofessional, and discriminated. If the company policy allows the consumer to try the goods, you just needed to reply "Yes, you can.", and then explain the procedure for exchange/refund afterward. It is disappointed to see that the Point Cook Store already have a complaint about discrimination, 7 months ago. If that is the same staff, which means she hasn't improved from her mistake after 7 months; if that is not the same staff, which means the Point Cook Store management team hasn't improved after 7 months."
