"PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE!! I was gifted a gift voucher to Roisin Aesthetics for my birthday. I went onto the website and booked in for a facial and teeth whitening service. Minutes after booking, I received a text message saying that she had another appointment with someone else at that time and had to reschedule. I received a confirmation email after, that showed my new date and time for my appointment. I had a 10am appointment, so I arrived to the location at 9:55am. I knocked on the salon door and no answer, I sent her a message and told her I was waiting out the front, no answer. I called 2 different numbers I had been contacted from, no answer. I then went to the front door of the house and knocked on that door, no answer. It was at 10:05am I decided to walk away and leave!!! I sent a message to her when I got home asking if there were any issues, as I arrived to my appointment on time. I got NO response from her. So I sent another message asking for a refund. She responded saying it would take 3-5 business days for it to go into my account. 17 days later, and NOTHING. I sent any other message asking where my refund was, only to be told “I will process your refund today”. No refund that day!! The next day I received a message. “I will process it today” FINALLY I have my refund. Absolutely no explanation I got from her as to why I drove to her house, for her not to answer the door! To top it off, I NEVER got an apology or a sorry. Terrible business, terrible service, terrible experience."

"UPDATE TO THE BELOW: my bank refunded me today, 4 weeks later because ROISIN refused to refund me! I don’t even want to give this business 1 Star. Takes deposits, cancels appointments. I received a text message from her cancelling my appointment just an hour after paying her a $100 obligatory deposit and 3 days later no refund of my deposit. I am now going through my bank for a dispute resolution and have needed to log a complaint with the ACCC. I reached out to social media because of her non contact to see if anyone else had had issues with the business owner and so many people messaged about Roisin speaking of stories of her making people wait at the door in the cold when they are early, swearing at people for arriving late, not refunding appointments she actually cancelled herself, not paying her phone bills so she can not respond to messages and calls etc etc I am appalled at the lack of customer service and my only mistake is not asking for references prior to paying her a deposit. I’m a little gobsmacked that I was a stranger who paid money for a service, my service appointment was cancelled within the hour then no contact whatsoever. DO NOT TRUST THE BUSINESS OWNER."

"I have to agree with the other 1 star comment. It doesn’t even deserve one star for professionalism! I booked an appt months ago and paid the deposit to have appt cancelled 10mins prior to my appt stating she was sick. I get it, we get sick, but you would’ve been getting sick prior to 10mins before my appt. She would not respond to text to reschedule and refused to give my deposit back even though she cancelled on me. I have heard some horror stories from unhygienic/unsanitary practice to rudeness to customers .. so blessing in disguise I had my appt cancelled! I eventually got my deposit back but was not easy! Seems she has scammed a few people which is wrong!! Your address is listed as your business. I’d be reporting this to the police !"
