These referrals are mandatory for Medicare consultation rebates, which cover approximately 70% to 80% of the consultation fee. Medicare rebates can be processed at our practice during the consultation, and they are credited to your nominated bank account within 48 hours.

We also provide services for patients with approved insurance claims. If you have insurance coverage, please ensure you are referred by your family doctor and obtain approval for psychiatric/psychological treatment from your insurance company before making an appointment.

If you require reports for Centrelink, Department of Housing, or Department of Immigration, some of our clinicians can provide them for a separate fee. Please note that these reports are not covered by Medicare.
