"I had a 20-minute consultation (considered as one session) with Dr. Sam, but they charged me double the fee, totaling $150. Despite my disagreement and request to pay for the actual 20-minute session, they mistakenly believed I had exceeded the time and refused to adjust the charge. Furthermore, during the consultation, I was taken aback to discover an unidentified student in the room, assessing me without my knowledge or consent. The student assessment extended the duration of the session itself. It's unbelievable that they didn't bother to ask for my permission, disregarding my privacy entirely. To make matters worse, when I mentioned that I would write a review of their service, the receptionist dismissively responded, "do it if you are that pitty!" This disrespectful attitude only intensified my frustration. Overall, this experience left me extremely unsatisfied and due to their poor customer service, disrespectful response, and lack of consideration for patient consent I will never return or recommend this clinic."
