"The worst reception and service received in YEARS through a Medicare rebate gp! She put my sister through a panic attack due to her misconduct, mistreatment and lack of professionalism after traveling 40km to see her doctor that she has not seen in months. Do not visit if they don't change the reception staff, it's a traumatic experience especially for the medically inclined or psychologically sensitive. Do yourself a favour and maybe just change gp, there's many similar gps nearby. P.s sisters panic attack put her in hospital that night"

"This medical practice has good, honest doctors which have been overshadowed by the horrible, rude and straight up mean reception staff. They are so lost and have not an ounce of patience for people. One specific receptionist causes me so much fear and anxiety every time I see her face and that’s Ray.I had an appointment today which they had told me was 2:30 and as soon a I arrive Ray almost tries to square up with me tbh. She gets so sour and rude and is yelling at us that we are late and ushering us to sit down. She treated my elderly mother with so much disrespect telling her to hurry up and sit down and put her mask on, commands like she was talking to a dog. I came to talk about getting support for a very progressive and debilitating Multiple sclerosis, I am 24 and have issues with almost everything in life and I just wanted a supportive ear to go to. Instead I got Ray, she belittled me and yelled at me and scoffed at me. I was okay to leave without seeing the doctor , though my mum was beginning to insist because this was their lousy receptionist mistake and we had driven an hour. Ray made me almost have a panic attack right there and MAV Singh the pharmacist comes in to further dismiss us. These people do not care about sick people, this reception staff is literally notorious all over the northern suburbs for being some of the worst, confrontational, mean and ineffective reception."

"I came in today for a doctors appointment the doctors there are very competent, however the receptionist that were working today I can't say the same. They do not know how to communicate with patients at all and are very rude. Clearly they don't want to do there job at all! I honestly don't know how they still have jobs with that sort of attitude and lack of experience."

"Can't compliant about the doctors, the only reason i go to this clinic is because Dr Leila. The receptionist girls are really bad! I seriously dont understand how they even got the job from first place!.. no manners, and so rude!!.. there is no point of having a phone when no one answers it!.. and if you lucky someone picks the phone up, they straight away put you on hold for 15mins and then it hangs up!!.. what a waste of good doctors in this bad clinic!... i just wish someone can manage the staff better! Really bad management!"
