"I’ve been sitting here for over an hour, my appointment was for 3:45pm and it’s nearly 5:00pm. It’s completely beyond a joke. Edited - My mother and I are going elsewhere for treatment."

"I’m actually disgusted in some of the reception staff of this clinic. One occasion while assisting my mum in her appointment I was refused entry without a mask even after showing a mask exemption under medical reasons. Then today my mum who is a pensioner, that always wears her own mask into the clinic and attends almost weekly, forgot one and she was told she had to pay a gold coin donation to buy a mask from them otherwise she could not attend her appointment. Disposable masks that would have been funded by the government for a healthcare environment. Absolutely disgusting power tripping people. Guarantee those “gold coin donations” goes to towards treating themselves."

"i come here as its convenient being close to my work. but unfortunately they always extremely late with appointments. And as everyone else has said would be nice if the receptionist's would notify us or give some sort of knowledge that they are running behind rather then acting like we don't exist. You kind of expect more from middle age women who have been in the job for a long time and im sure they would expect the same sort of service where they go. But on a brighter note the doctors are quite good and once your finally in there they give you the time you require and are very helpful."

"Used to value the service at this practice but not anymore. The 'snippy' attitude of the woman who says she's the Practice Manager to waiting in excess of 45 minutes past my appointment time to be told the doctor is doing a procedure and then told nothing more other than they had no other doctor to see me. I left 15 minutes later and will not return. I can no longer see a female doctor when I need to as they are ALWAYS fully booked or away, Dr Yong is lovely but again hard to get to see. Finding somewhere else and recommend others do as well."
