"The clinic is lovely, modern and clean. It is fully accessible on the ground floor with no steps, however the door is a little bit heavy. Although the new introduction of fees is slightly annoying it is understandable considering the current cost of living. Dr Jason Ting is by far the best Dr I have ever seen, he is diligent, patient and empathetic. Has a good understanding of mental health and always willing to listen without judgement. Additionally, having a pathology clinic on site is convenient for blood tests and other related tests."

"Rude receptionist (Jen/ Jenny) In response to your call, they answer but place you on hold for several minutes. My appointment was 20 minutes late, and when I asked the customer service person when I would be checked, she said she doesn’t know. Furthermore, I have experienced cancellations of appointments without my knowledge."

They have always taken the time to get to the root cause of issues and to thoroughly explain things to me - I've never felt rushed out of appointments, or treated as just a number. "I’ve been treated by Dr Azhar Rakhmetova for 3 years and she is the best doctor I’ve ever had. I have some ongoing chronic diseases and she’s very informative, patient and helpful. She always investigates any issue, listens to my concerns and takes them seriously. Thanks to her, I can now deal with all my problems without medication. Even though I've moved from the area, I’m happy to travel the distance for her to remain my GP. The clinics staff members and nurses are also friendly and they always willing to help out my needs.
