"Sorry to say your reception girls are really really slow. The one with dark skin and glasses every time shes so slow . Your dr are good everythingis really good. But your re reception service is very slow . In last few weeks i visited clinic few times andi experience that every time. "Absolutely pathetic service. I have requested my medical records to be sent to my new medical centre! Did this via the form and it's now 3 months with nothing! I have emailed their records team two times and it's absolutely ridiculous that no one responded. Ive expressed how urgent it was for me to get my records alone with my young sons record over to the new centre but with no luck, I'm still waiting! No point calling the reception at craigiburn as the staff have NO way of contacting their records team, apparently there is no phone number for the records team either. Really? What ice age are we living in?No invoice received so I can't pay to even get my record. Seriously wt the hell ?? I feel so stuck because this pathetic system of theirs has no way of helping! Ugh, I'm so disappointed that it takes so long to get things done with these guys! Glad I'veoved"
