"I'd like to write a formal complaint. I first tried emailing, but the email bounced Panch dental and the students stuffed up my filling right before last years lockdown. Since then all of my surrounding teeth are blackening. I feel as there could be serious damage as a result to my teeth, that I should somehow be compensated so I can pursue repairs. I've lost all trust in the public dental service."

"Attended the lymphoedema clinic and the therapist was professional, friendly and informative. I wasn’t rushed and she took the time to answer and/or explain things to me. Very happy with how I was treated."

"Truly a useless clinic. I left their GP services because I’m transgender and they simply could not hold down a doctor who would manage my HRT. I went through 4 practitioners in less than 2 years and never knew they were leaving until I tried to book an appointment. And receptionist wouldn’t book me with any other GPs. Did not feel like my health and medication was being managed properly. Tried to keep coming to see nurse Vic Harden for my medication shots because they’re amazing, but alas across 3 phone calls with hold wait times of 22 minutes, 7 minutes, 8 minutes (got hung up on) and 11 minutes, I simply could not get in touch with reception to book. Not the first time this has happened. Have also had reception lose my referral before. Never felt more neglected by a health clinic. Do not recommend."

"I have had an atrocious experience. Dentists are useless, 3 times I had the appointments with no luck in fixing my teeth. Attitude of the staff is quite impudent and conceited. This organisation is unworthy better to pay for dental sevice than hearing to rebukes of the staff."
