About the Business
Welcome to Complete Children's Health, a leading institution located in Keilor, Australia. Our establishment is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to children and their families. We specialize in both Neurodevelopmental Developmental and General Paediatric conditions, accepting referrals for review and allocating appointments accordingly.
At Complete Children's Health, we understand the importance of timely care. Although we strive to respond as quickly as possible, please allow approximately three to four weeks for us to process your referral. Due to high demand, non-urgent appointments may have a waiting time of up to 12 months. To streamline the process, we encourage you to upload your referrals on our request appointment page or forward them to info@completechildrenshealth.com.au.
As the winter season approaches, we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our patients and their families. We offer Telehealth appointments to those who are unwell, minimizing attendance numbers in our clinics to minimize any potential risks.
Established in Moonee Ponds in 2008, Complete Children's Health is an innovative Paediatric practice that aims to create a welcoming and child-friendly environment for families. Our clinic provides holistic paediatric care to the community of Moonee Valley and the western suburbs of Melbourne, offering a multidisciplinary approach with paediatricians, paediatric sub-specialists, and allied health professionals.
Our team of General Paediatricians is highly experienced in caring for children and adolescents with a wide range of conditions and illnesses. Additionally, our paediatricians specialized in developmental and behavioural paediatrics possess expert knowledge in assessing and managing various conditions.
To address the diverse needs of our patients, we have a range of allied health professionals on board. Our Psychologist offers treatment for children with anxiety, ASD, behavioural and emotion regulation difficulties. Speech Pathologists assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for communication impairments, while occupational therapists enable individuals to participate in everyday activities. Our ENT specialists are skilled in treating ear, nose, and throat issues, and our dietitians provide expert guidance on nutrition for both healthy individuals and those with medical conditions. Furthermore, our neuropsychologists have in-depth knowledge of the relationship between brain function and behavior.
At Complete Children's Health, we prioritize comprehensive care for both patients and their families. Our dedicated team of highly skilled paediatricians, subspecialist doctors, and allied health professionals work together to ensure the highest level of care. We value thorough assessment, investigation, and treatment of medical, developmental, learning, or behavioral issues faced by our patients and their families.
We are proud to announce that Complete Children's Health now operates in two locations: 82 Holmes Rd, Moonee Ponds, and 769 Old Calder Hwy, Keilor. This expansion allows us to serve a larger community and provide accessible healthcare services to a wider population.

"No stars. I've been waiting on a refund since 15/2/2023. I've made numerous phone calls with no success. Getting my lawyer involved now, hopefully they have better lucky getting MY MONEY back."
"I highly recommend this practice. My son sees Dr Dilla she is fantastic. Not only is she a fantastic support for my son but also me. She has been fantastic in helping me Getting support from other health professionals as well. The staff are also amazing have helped me numerous times when I have messed up scripts. Or needed information passed on to the DR. I cannot thank them enough! Keep up the amazing work everyone!"
"First I'll like to say that the Pediatrician we see is tops so this isn't about him. If I could leave a -5 star I would. 1. They sent out ADHD scrips through normal post (yes that's right NORMAL POST not registered post) to my daughters to the wrong address 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting for them. We haven't been able to medicate them as needed because they haven't arrived and all they can do is blame Auspost which I know isn't right especially when I can get a letters and parcels from QLD in 3 days normal post. 2. They put the wrong medicare code in so my 1st daughter had to be reimbursed but instead of giving it to us they used the reimbursement to pay for may 2nd daughter so now the medicare reimbursement has been screwed up also. 3. The Lady on the phone claiming to be the practice manager was totally rude and incompetent and didn't want to hand me over to the lady who was looking after the payments and medicare stuff. If the head manager reads (NOT THE PRACTICE MANAGER) this I would like to talk to you over how things are run. THIS IS A DISGRACE"
"Initially the paediatrician seemed knowledgeable and supportive. Upon having a gap in engagement, we had a disastrous Telehealth appointment where the paediatrician, Emma McGrath, questioned the reason for the appointment, scoffed at my approval for carers payment, questioned the validity of it and stated ‘I can’t believe you got a GP to sign off of this’, this opinion was based solely on only one or two actual appointments with my daughter in attendance. I ended the call upset, and sent in a complaint. In the complaint response, the paediatrician tried to placate me with a few ‘I’m sorry you saw it that way’ comments. I didn’t perceive it ‘that way’, you were actually judgemental and completely devoid of any empathy, quite the opposite. I’m a single mum with 3 children, 2 with special needs. I have also been diagnosed with inattentive ADHD. You’re the paediatrician, perhaps suggest calling back with my child present in 5 minutes, rather than throwing around attitude and judgement, stating safety concerns in your letter, that I was juggling my parental duties whilst in the car driving doing school pick up. Funnily enough, I never did receive the call from reception asking for payment after the appointment. Upon closer investigation, I checked Medicare a few months later to notice the paediatrician had actually bulk billed the appointment!! Bulk billing was never offered and I was actually advised previously that it was not available. That spoke volumes, the paediatrician clearly knew she was out of line. Whilst people may be absolutely desperate for help for their children, it’s worth waiting that bit longer, and choosing a different practice. Not only do our children need specialised help, we as parents require empathy and support too. You will not find it at Complete Childrens Health, certainly not with the paediatrician in question. The appointment in reference was April 2021. With lockdowns, my own upset, my consideration to make a formal healthcare complaint, to now.. when I have no emotion about it, I decided word of mouth and reviews, are the best way to provide information to parents of children with special needs. Search extensively for a practice that encompasses the needs of the child, but also acknowledges and encompasses a family approach as well."
"Extremely professional and child focused. Dr Dilla is very knowledgeable and thorough in her assessments. Highly recommend."
