"So I called this morning for an appointment in which I was told that I couldn’t be given an appointment without first providing the referral and history to you first. I asked what the wait time was and any costs? Again I was directed to send the referral as this has information which determines that. So I send through my referral, and was asked to send through the history and personal details, which I did. I then called back when I received a message that I can now call to make an appointment. Was told the wait time is the end of feb and there was a substantial costs involved. Now… What a waste of everyone’s time and more importantly now you have my personal information which I would not have given you otherwise. I do not wish to wait to end of feb nor will I be willing to pay nearly $300 for you to see me. I have the sleep test and just need the equipment. What will you be doing with my personal details now! Your policy absolutely stinks I want all my detail’s shredded immediately and proof of this sent to my email."
