However, we understand that urgent situations may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins whenever possible. Certain services such as pap smears, health assessments, skin checks, or consultations involving complex concerns may require longer appointments.

To ensure privacy and confidentiality, test results are only shared with the patient concerned. Telehealth consultations with your regular doctor can be arranged for result discussions. However, for follow-up appointments, we recommend booking an in-person consultation.

If you have visited our practice within the past twelve months, you have the convenience of booking a telehealth consultation online. New patients, on the other hand, are required to have a face-to-face consultation with one of our GPs initially.

Our practitioners strictly adhere to the AMA code of Ethics regarding Privacy and Confidentiality. Rest assured that your medical records and consultations are kept in the strictest confidence. If you require a transfer of medical records from your previous practice or doctor, please approach our reception team for assistance.

For blood tests, we work in collaboration with a separate Pathology Collection provider. You do not need an appointment to have a blood test at a Pathology Collection center; simply bring a referral from your GP.

Work cover patients will receive the same level of care as regular patients. Prior to your first consultation, please inform your employer so they can provide you with a claim number related to your current case. New workcover claims need to be paid in full by the patient on the day of the appointment. To schedule your appointment, please contact our clinic.

If you require a specialist referral, it is essential to first make an appointment with a GP. They will assess your situation and provide you with a referral letter if necessary. Please note that specialist referrals cannot be backdated, and any charges associated with the referral should be discussed directly with the specialist.
