"First time attending the clinic. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Saw Dr Ahmed who was very knowledgeable and personable. Will be coming back to see him in the future."
"Management of this place really needs to see this. Your clinic has great doctors. But.. You book an appointment. You arrive 10 min earlier. They make you wait an hour to see the doctor!! And this happens almost every single time. It’s an absolute joke!! It’s called appointment for a reason.!"
"Dr Pavani Sathasivam is an absolute joke. She's rude and uncaring. She flat out refused to listen to my symptoms and dismissed any that didn't fit into her idea of what I had. She also decided that I didn't need a medical certificate without even asking me; she just said "You don't need a medical certificate" and then offered one to my partner. She then told me to take medication that she should have known I couldn't take because of one of my conditions and did not like being corrected. She laughed at my partner when she was trying to help and describe my symptoms. I became very ill in the appointment and she said she'd give me some medication but didn't, instead saying that I had to leave because she had other patients. To top it all off... she lied about giving me a prescription! "No No, I don't need to give you anything. It's electronic so it's been sent to your phone". Interesting that I never received that electronic prescription. I was absolutely disgusted. If you're told that you have an appointment with this woman, cancel it and save yourself the time."
