We understand that the costs associated with delivering exceptional medical care have been increasing, and unfortunately, the current Medicare rebates no longer cover these expenses. Therefore, we have made some important changes to our billing policy, effective from July 1st, 2023.

While we will be introducing mixed billings for consultations with all our doctors, we are pleased to announce that Pensioners, Health Card Holders, and Children under 16 will continue to be bulk billed. This ensures that these vulnerable groups can access the care they need without any financial burden.

For new patients, there will be a private fee of $81.20, with a Medicare rebate of $41.20. We kindly request that if you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide us with at least 2 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee.

It is important to note that fees will also apply to telehealth appointments and procedures. Patients who do not fall into the aforementioned categories will be charged a private fee at the discretion of our doctors.

Conveniently located in the Home Co. South Morang Centre, we proudly serve the Mill Park, Plenty Valley area, as well as South Morang, Epping, and Bundoora. Our clinic operates from Monday to Thursday, 9am to 7pm, Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm (open every 2nd Sunday). Please note that our Sunday and public holiday availability is subject to doctor availability.
