Trinity Grammar School, Kew
About the Business
Welcome to Trinity Grammar School, Kew, an independent Anglican school for boys located in the picturesque suburb of Kew, Victoria. With our prestigious reputation for academic excellence, Trinity has been a cornerstone of education in the area for many years.
At Trinity, we believe in providing a diverse and tailored curriculum that meets the individual needs of our students. Our dedicated and highly qualified staff are committed to ensuring that each student reaches their full potential. Through engaging teaching methods and personalized support, we strive to create an environment where boys can thrive and achieve their best.
One unique aspect of Trinity is our Coordinate Program, which is run in partnership with our sister school, Ruyton Girls’ School. This program extends the subject options available to our students during their VCE years, providing them with a coeducational learning experience that encourages maturity and self-confidence.
In addition to our academic offerings, Trinity places a strong emphasis on outdoor education. Our Outdoor Education Program allows boys to develop a love for the outdoors, gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their peers, and cultivate environmental stewardship. This program is complemented by our cross-age mentoring and leadership initiatives, which focus on character development and respect for others.
We are proud to offer a range of scholarships for boys who demonstrate exceptional skills and abilities in music, academics, and co-curricular activities. We also provide scholarships for Indigenous students and members of the St Paul’s Cathedral Choir, ensuring that our community is diverse and inclusive.
Sports and physical activity play a vital role in the holistic development of our students. Trinity offers a comprehensive Sports Program that includes inter-house, inter-school, and representative opportunities. With a wide range of sporting options available, we aim to engage students of all interests and abilities across both the junior and senior schools.
Our Early Learning Centre provides a nurturing environment for boys and girls, fostering a love for learning from a young age. Through a curriculum that encourages active exploration, creativity, and social skill development, we aim to instill confidence and a thirst for knowledge in our youngest learners.
Trinity Grammar School has a rich history that dates back over 120 years. What began as a humble institution in the Parish Hall of Holy Trinity Kew has now expanded to four locations, including Kew, Bulleen, Lake Nillahcootie, and Licola. Our student body represents over 80 suburbs in and beyond Melbourne, creating a diverse and vibrant community.
We are also proud to prioritize gender representation in leadership positions at Trinity. Our core student leadership group for 2023, led by Michael and Vice-Captains Ben, Henri, Jack, and William, were selected through a rigorous process. We believe that fostering gender equality in leadership is an essential step towards creating a more inclusive world.
Each year, our community comes together for the annual Founders’ Day Fair, a celebration of past and present Trinity students, parents, staff, and their families. This day is filled with fun, food, and entertainment, embodying the strong sense of community that is at the heart of Trinity Grammar School.
We invite you to explore our website and discover the many opportunities and experiences that Trinity has to offer. "sigma male based god level school cracking innit i mean the fees are like a billion dollars a year and the school is italian mafia simulator but its good 10/10"
"My son, Timmy, is currently going to this school. However, I attempted to send my daughter, Tammy, to this school too, to make picking them up easier. I was absolutely devastated to find out they only accept boys??!! This was EXACTLY what happened when I tried to send Timmy to Ruyton!! This is unacceptable, and schools should aim to be more inclusive of MY CHILDREN!!! I am furious! My son has been attending Trinity for nearly a year, and I plan to send him to MLC for year 9. My daughter is currently at Carey."
"I was going to study there, but went Carey instead. They got really great and knowledgeable teachers. I assume it is one of the best Boy Private school in Vic, so would recommend it."
