"I normally don’t write review but this time I have to put up my terrible shopping experience with a female mandarin speaking staff who wore white shirt with black longhair working in Sandro&Maje in Chadstone David Jones on 12/06. I went shopping at chadstone David Jones Sandro&Maje 12/6 (Sun). Here is the story, I have bought a sweater earlier and planned to buy one more suit . Before I was about to pay over the counter, I realized the suit have got pockets which are closed and might need to be open by scissors/ cutters or some equipment. As we are not professionals at this, we have politely ask if they can help me with this. However, the female staff with white T-shirt expressed like she doesn’t care at all，and said “why don’t you guys do that yourselves once getting home? Why should I do this for you? etc. She was so rude，impolite and the tone of speech is not respectful at all. I keep shopping in this Sandro & Maje for such a long time but cannot imagine this would happen to me. Really disappointed and annoyed with the terrible service, which ruined my day. Words can’t express my anger and frustration. Do not recommend this store to anyone."
