"My partner would advise any of her family or friends not to come to this shop. As she stated that “they have taken unauthorised money from her for so called "consultancy" fees that were never discussed or agreed upon. The staff twist and manipulate for their own gain. The sales assistant was pushy and had a high opinion of herself.” A Tax invoice or receipt were not issued for unauthorised money not refunded which is in breach of GST legislation. This practice is unethical. I would advise anyone to stay clear of shopping here."
"Would rate 0 stars if I could. Money grabbing salesperson. Took DAYS to process a refund even though they took the goods back. Never refunded the full amount and refuses to due to "time spent with customer". Absolutely disgusted. I strongly recommend against shopping here."
