"The receptionist on the desk was rude, dismissive & wanted to get me off the phone as fast as she could. After advising me that our usual doctor was away for several months I asked who else was available and instead of simply answering my question she said she was very busy and wanted me to go on the website and call back. I had already waited for a while to get through on the phones in the first place so the conversation with her was very disappointing. It's so sad because the doctors at the clinic are fantastic and I have always recommended the doctors there to friends."
"It all depends who you see, I've had amazing u derstanding doctors and some that have no sensitivity. I think like anywhere try diffrent doctors, one might suit better. Yes they are always late and that's from a someone who's been seeing doctors there for 20+ years, but that's I belive because they don't kick you out if you go over time. I guess in a purfect world they would leave time between each appointment just in case, but that means less people seen."
"We took our 10 month old baby here to see Dr Nicholas Cornish. Our baby was screaming the whole appointment but Nick was so calm, patient and reassuring the entire time. He has a fantastic nature and was very thorough. Highly, highly recommended."
