"Today l had a Scheduled appointment with a doctor @12.30pm The experience of waiting for all the staff from front desk, nurses and doctors loudly celebrating someone birthday taking my appointment wait till 1.10pm completely unacceptable. I rang the bell at the front reception area and still no one came to attend the front desk. I was not the only person waiting to see A doctor at your clinic for a 12.30 appointment but l was the only one to seek assistance regarding my appointment. I walk towards the staff area and then a nurse came out and l explained all the above information to which she held out her hand and proceeded to push me away. Not listening but happy to physically touch me and not answer my questions. I processed to ask her not to touch me. It took another 10 minutes for two doctors to leave The staff room birthday celebrations and walk towards their consulting rooms. No acknowledgement of what time it was and me showing my doctor my sms appointment confirmation. I have been a patient since it open under another name 12 Years ago. I will definitely consider moving Clincial doctor and services altogether."
