"Popped in yesterday to see what all the fuss was about. What a disappointment. Barely any high-end stock and what was there was overpriced, worn-out mid-quality labels. Won't be returning anytime soon."
"This shop has some great deals and really good finds. However I had a negative experience last week after I found a really nice pair of adidas shoes in my size at 50% discount. They only had one shoe on display, so I took it to the counter to purchase the pair , however the staff said they couldn’t find the other shoe. I gave them my contact details and they said they would call me when they found the other shoe, which I was fine with at the time. A couple days passed and no phone call, so I followed it up and they confirmed that they simply could not find the other shoe, which is very odd and even more annoying I had to follow up myself to get an answer. I find the fact that a shoe just disappeared a bit hard to believe and the staff weren’t particularly helpful or friendly in handling the situation. This shop obviously needs to consider how they manage their stock and customer service if this kind of thing happens. Overall very disappointed and will not be returning."
"Lady was very rude when I dropped off bags and not helpful at all. Will not be returning again to drop off any items. I have never heard of an second hand shop to literally refuse bags of clothes."
"Enjoy buying from the store but definitely not selling my items. made me wait 30 minutes to go through my basket of clothes to only select 3 items to take saying they are full stocked and have a 3 item per customer limit. If I had known from the start, I would've come back another day or not have wasted my time filtering out my wardrobe then waiting for them to tell me after. They should really have a sign up on the door to advertise they can only take a limited amount. I'm really disappointed as I was super excited to try out the experience of Goodbyes as I have heard many good things about them. I was also told that those 3 items will take 2 weeks to reach the shop floor. a super misleading experience unfortunately :("
