"Got a faulty item a few days ago. Returned it with original tag and receipt; they did not offer a refund, only store credit or exchanges. They then charges me the $3 difference for a top, when they didn’t have my previous top in my size. Had no option but to spend more money. Horrible customer service, extremely disappointed. Especially since their item was faulty. Edit: since their response to contact customer support; I have contacted them directly. They have offered no solution to this problem and they continue this policy. Do not shop here; especially as a Christmas gift! If the person doesn’t like what you got, or it doesn’t fit: they literally have no choice but to spend more money at the store."

"Love their clothing and have plenty from this Geelong brand in my wardrobe, however the service is pathetic. Walked out without buying after trying on clothing which in turn I wanted to buy. Didn't have 20mins to stand in line at the checkout for some kid too busy like, worrying about like, how she'd like to speak, like, cool and stuff. Like... Nope, like I did not."
