"I took my 21 months old daughter who was unwell for couple of days and the doctor just took the temperature saying she must have covid … now that we have a new disease doesn’t mean we all have that .. he was absolutely wrong with his diagnoses because i did not trust him and his unprofessional behaviour made me concerned and i took my daughter to some other clinic and she was diagnosed with ear infection and not COVID .. and this is not just once it has happened couple of times in the past … and then they ask you to book another appointment to make money just to tell me that my daughter does not have COViD .. thanks for no help at all .. if i would have been in your guidance god knows what would have happened to my poor child .. if you have kids please do not go to this clinic.. all they know is to harass you with covid .. putting big boards at your counters about being kind to staff members does not mean that you can treat patients with whatever your mood depends on.. this clinic needs better staff members and doctors"
"Very unprofessional. Doctor cancelled appointment for my 3 year old because we reached the clinic at 3pm for a 3pm appointment reason we would not have enough time to do paper work! for new patient. I understand we should have gone a little earlier but I have a sick child. Paper work more important than seeing a patient."
"Back when mask wearing in this clinic was mandatory, I unfortunately forgot mine, so on arrival, I poked my head in the door and called out to the receptionist to see if they had a mask. I was scolded by her like I was a naughty boy. Also, when the C19 vaccine mandates were in force, I had a telehealth appointment with one of the GP’s. I won’t mention the name, however I had quite a few concerns about the vaccine and which brand to take, in relation to a pre-existing medical condition. The GP got angry at me, basically he couldn’t fathom that I had the audacity to question anything. He just expected me to shut up, put on a blind fold and get my damned jab. I will never personally book another appointment with this power tripper. Today, had an appointment. Approached the reception desk, was opening my mouth (masked) to give my name, appointment time and the GP. Receptionist didn’t greet me but cut me off and demanded “any fever, cold or flu symptoms”, all the while, there are condescending posters around the reception about spreading kindness and being respectful to staff. How about they practice what they preach. Disgusting. Victoria’s response reinforces the total disdain for patients. Never once did I intentionally put anyone at risk, I complied the best I could, I was as polite as I could be and it doesn’t excuse rude behaviour from any of the staff. A very toxic and hostile environment."
"Booked an appointment to see a GP as I suspect I have pneumonia. Get to the clinic to fill out the new patio paperwork only to be told because I am a new patient with flu like symptoms it’s the practice policy that I can’t be seen by a doctor and to try to book into a respiratory clinic. I had a mask on and did a RAT and everything by the clinic won’t see me. GPS in this country are so terrible… basically will only see you if you are an existing patient with an ingrown toenail. Avoid this practice at all costs unless you are an existing patient looking for a sick note."
"If 0 is an option I would give them 0! What happened to me is honestly frustrating. I was told by the receptionist that I have to book an appointment to discuss the results of my Xray. They made me aware about the payment, since I am eager to know what my result is I booked an appointment with Dr Mustafa. I’ve waited 15 mins before my name called. Went to Dr Mustafa’s office when I sitted, someone called him and they talked over the phone about 5 mins, I ve waited then he finally hunged up and talk to me, he then said that he doesn’t have the results in his records. We honestly talk for like 3 minutes or less! I ended up reuqesting the results because they dont have it. Now they keep asking me for payment. I explained my side if they can consider to waive the payment since we didnt discuss anything because Dr Mustafa doesnt have the results. Even rude to talk to someone while in my appointment! They didnt listen and keep asking me for payment. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had. No consideration at all!"
