"I had a laser hair appointment today booked for 10am which was meant to finish at 10:20am. I received a voicemail at 9:14am today asking me attend at 9:55am to complete some forms as I was new to the clinic at Tarneit. When I arrived early as requested, I completed the forms and waited. The woman who greeted me (I did not get her name unforunately, but she had long dark hair worn in a low pony tail) had disappeared. At 10:15am, she had still not returned. I rang the bell a few times as I could hear them talking in the back but no one came out. At 10:18am she came out and directed me to a room without an apology or an acknowledgment of how late they were running. I dont mind if businesses run late, things happen. But the lack of acknowledgement is unprofessional and disrespectful of her customers time. The lady who was meant to treat me was lovely but when I decided to leave because of how long this appoointment was taking the woman at the front desk simply said 'Okay' and left the room. She was apparenly the supervisor and she had no interest in hearing what I had to say or showing a sliver of care towards her customers. Following this I then received a text my appointment was cancelled. It was not cancelled, I attended and arrived on time. But I do not appreciate being left waiting for nearly 20 mins post my appointment start time without an acknowledgement of this. Purely because of that supervisor I wont return to this clinic. I have zero confidence in her ability to care for her customers or run the clinic. I have been going to the Moonee Ponds and the CBD clinics for years and will continue to bring my business there because they at least show care and consideration for their customers and their customer's time."
