"I was always paying before my next appointment. It’s second time they said I need to pay for treatment. I only like Veronica there but I am not going there anymore. You have lost your honest and regural client. Other day I went there for appointment and the lady said your prepaid is expired cos it’s more than 3 months and honestly it was not more than3 months and now today they said I have no paid for this appointment. Seriously you would do this to your regural client and I also request for Veronica and they did not get that also. Sorry no more going to this place and would not recommend. Girls are nice but management is bad ."

"I paid for my laser sessions and because of the covid my laser sessions cancelled. I had called and asked over the phone if it was still valid and they said everything was fine. I booked my session and on the day they said that it isn't valid and simply told me to call this number which goes to a restaurant. I took work off for this and you can't check or call?"
