"Maybe physiotherapists is good but lack of available appointments excludes intensive therapy or a therapy. Appointment every 3 weeks or longer is ok for maintenance. What is the point of taking on new patients is care can’t be provided?"
"The Dr's I saw today were lovely and extremely thorough with my consultation. I felt very comfortable and will go back to them in the future. Very happy with my visit today."
"After recently moving to Woodend I visited The Neal Street Clinic for the first time. The reception I received from both young girls on arrival was both warm and welcoming. I was then introduced to my new doctor and again I was impressed by his professionalism. I’m happy to say that once again I’m delighted with Woodend’s friendliness."
"I am very grateful for the care, kindness and competence that I have always experienced as a patient at Neal Street Medical Clinic, Woodend. These comments relate to my GP, as well as the Nurses, Podiatrist and Reception staff."
"First time and last time at the Neal Street Medical Clinic Woodend - I made a phone appointment for a potential broken ankle - The Doctor followed through with a referral to have scans on my ankle. Once I contacted the referral direct, I was advised that the requested scan was not available at this particular clinic. 6 phone calls and an hour later I was then advised by the doctor from Neal Street Medical that I would now need to find my own Imaging Clinic that would provide the scans needed to assess my ankle. I Was then surprised to receive a rude follow-up phone call from the Medical Clinic manager followed by another rude message on my voice mail."
