At Plenty River College, we are proud to offer the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) at Foundation, Intermediate, and Senior levels. Our focus is on providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for young people aged 15-20 years who may have been disengaged or are at risk of disengaging from education.
