"Saturday 16 April 2022 The customer service recieve by both assistant was impeccable. I showed them a pair of shoes online , which they didn't have in-store. Callan took out the same shoes but different color and told me to try it on for size, and it could be ordered paid and then posted out to me, how amazing is that. My partner also noticed when all the sales were put through Callan never just handed the bag over the counter, he walked around and handed the bag straight to the customers hand. Now that is what you call customer service right there."

"My Problem with Returning Shoes. I purchased shoes at this hype location and was satisfied with my experience with a sales representative. After trying on the shoes I felt somewhat comfortable buying them and giving them a try. I did ask about a return policy, and the sales rep mentioned that if I returned the product within 30 days I would be refunded. However after I wore them once for a walk I found that they were uncomfortable and had to put them aside to rethink my purchase. After a few days of debating whether or not to return the shoes I went back to the location, and described my discomfort and dissatisfaction with my purchase. I brought in the shoes to a sales representative who then ran it by the manager who outright refused me a refund, exchange, or store credit. The manager said "If there is nothing wrong with them I can't refund you." I mentioned I wore them once and looked over them to check if there was any damage to the shoes to which there were none. To which she replied "If you've worn them then I can't refund you." To which I said I wore them for all of 30 minutes! But the manager just apologized and that was it. All in all I didn't have a nice experience at this location. 2 stars, 1 for shoe selection, and 1 for the nice sales rep who sold me the shoes. I attached photos.
