"I came into SkinKandy today for my first piercing without parental consent and with a needle. Im terrified of needles and was getting my helix done, and Tahlia (my piercer) was absolutely amazing. She talked me through it, allowed me as much time as I needed to prepare myself and was just overall kind and amazing. I barely had a reaction and it was mostly because of how considerate she was. All the workers were absolutely lovely. Even if our interaction was minimal, like asking a question. They made the experience fun and less nerve-racking.
