"AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I should read the 1-star review first. My first X ray in Australia with no clue how Medicare rebates, paid $170 out-of-pocket to learn a lesson as they don't bulk bill X ray investigations which can be done completely free somewhere else."

"I'm leaving this review based on my experience booking an appointment. Keep in mind I never went in for my appointment (for good reason, read on) Firstly i called to book and appointment and it was a good 20min wait time, whilst other practices will answer within a few minutes. I needed an Xray done and they said that it'll be about $250 and after Medicare rebate ill be out of pocket $170.... I called another practice 5mins away, they answered straight away, told me to just come now since minimal wait time and it was fully bulk billed..."

"Avoid. They don't bulk bill a standard X-ray with a doctors referral. No warning until you've arrived on site and signed forms. No help to find a suitable alternative."
