"Very good service and fast. I did my Xray in 5 mins including wait time. Go in the morning would be less people."

"Was told it will be an hour wait as X-ray is busy at the moment, accepted this without question, each patient was being told the same, an elderly women with a carer came in and was told the same, they said fine they will come back in the morning. Within 5 minutes they call her in and she has been seen x-rayed and left before people who were here, before I came in. This is very poor service, and if you consider the elderly, then consider children too, I will now not make it back to the dentist in time and my 6 year old will be in pain for 2 more days."

"Won't be coming back to this place again, the lady who did my ultrasound was not kind and had a very rude tone through the entire appointment, and had no compassion whatsoever."

"Waited on hold for an hour and twenty five minutes before giving up. All four other capital radiology clinics I called to attempt to get an appointment at didn’t keep me on hold for more than 25-30 minutes, which was bearable. I understand that the medical industry is understaffed and very busy, especially having been a medical receptionist myself but keeping people waiting for this long a period is just unfair and poor service. There needs to be more people manning the phones!!"

"I have been here twice now. The experience as a walk in was better than when I had an appointment, that was bad. Parking in general is difficult, there's an allocated spot for patients at the back of the building but its not many. Once they are full it will be a time consuming experience finding another park close by. First experience was pretty good. I was a walk in with a referral from my dentist for an xray. The ladies at the reception were nice. It seemed like a busy day, waiting room was full but I only waited about 10 mins until I was seen which was great. The older man taking my xray was really nice too. Second experience wasn't as good. This time I had an appointment made through my work cover insurance to get a foot xray due to a work incident. I was there 5 mins prior to my appointment and expected to be seen within at least 10 mins of my appointment time being 10 am. In the end I had to wait a whole 55 mins to be seen which I was highly unimpressed by. I understand that not everything goes to plan sometimes and I usually don't mind waiting but this was different because there was patients that had appointments after me that were seen before me. I was seated close to reception so I witnessed a lot of the conversations. I witnessed a patient stating they had a 10.20 appointment and another had one at 12.45. Mine was at 10 and I had to wait all the way until 11 while both of these other people were seen before me. That was not ok. The receptionist ladies were nice though and so was the young man doing my xray, he was excellent and super professional. Another thing that bothered me was a patients husband in the waiting room who decided he will use one of the tables as a footrest and he put his NAKED FEET on it. That was just disgusting. Everyone in the waiting room eyed him off. He was also being super loud so I'm certain that the staff would have at least glanced at him once and saw what he was doing with the table and should have told him off."
