"I had my morphology scan performed in Imed radiology greensborough today. It was good that we were attended on a timely manner and the receptionists were polite. My only issue was I hope that my consent was asked whether it’s ok for a student/trainee to perform my scan. Being a first time mum and knowing how important the 20 week scan is, I hope that the senior staff has been more empathetic and had been respectful about my choice to ask if it’s ok for the student/trainee to perform my scan. I do not have any issue for a student to be there, as I know they are greatly needed for the future of this field and has had multiple scans where a trainee or a student was present on the procedure. I just hoped that there were more interactions with me and my husband and findings were explained to us as well. It became a total teaching session where the findings were only explained to the student and not us. My husband was very frustrated and confused as he didn’t understand most of the terms that the senior staff was telling the student. Working in the medical field, I was fortunate enough that I understood most of the terms and did explain it to my husband when we went home. Imagine having anxious 1st time parents being there and not understanding what was happening because the staff is not really talking to you but to another person. We paid the full amount but was not happy with the service at all. We probably won’t go back to this centre and will just travel the distance to our previous radiologist."

"This is a review for Caitlyn. I called Greensborough I-med for an appointment but was after a Female radiologist specifically for my mother. I had already called a few radiology practices and they would just tell me they don't have any female radiologist, whilst this is true for Greensborough as well Caitlyn offered to check the network for a female radiologist and get us an appointment, she was really sweet and took her time with the task and was successful! We're really appreciative, thank you!"

"I had an ultrasound performed by Dr Chester Chong at Greensborough to locate my missing mirena IUD. The results report states that the mirena is in "interutirine position" however later states that crossbar is not seen. I am struggling to understand how a doctor can conclude that the mirena is fully within my uterus when they are unable to locate half of it. I have now found out that my mirena has completely perforated my uterus and am now awaiting surgery to get it removed from my abdominal cavity. I believe that this doctor did not correctly identify whether or not my IUD was within my uterus considering they couldn't locate half of it. I am extremely disappointed with the medical negligence of this doctor and if I have permanent damage from this I will be taking this complaint further."

"Yep, the phone network (seems centralised, not direct to branch) is a hassle but once you are in contact the assistance and support is first rate. 5 stars for the in-person care given during my appointment last week, first rate from start to finish."

"I waited 35 minutes on hold with no one to answer. Peoples time is valuable, and this is such poor service. Others have said the same thing, someone said they waited an hour on hold, an no call back either when they wanted one. Seems like a ghost town. Is this place not attended at reception? So unprofessional. Go elsewhere."
