"I have been visiting the clinic quite a bit over the last 10 years and almost always have been served very quickly and efficiently. This time though a YOUNG RECRUIT, at the reception,I haven't seen before, did not make any effort whatsoever to accommodate us for an appointment we needed late this week or early next week. Luckily the SENIOR receptionist went out of her way to make sure we get one and went herself to ask a radiologist who took us in immediately, on the spot. So, even though the place can provide amazing and efficient service, because of the lack of customer service on the part of one young receptionist you may leave unserved and feeling disappointed."

"Convenient location. Very friendly reception staff. Public transport to door step. Quick and efficient service. I had no appointment and only waited 10 minute. Air conditioning is a plus on hot days. I parked directly over the road, may have been luck although there were a few spots. Disability access from main entrance. Coffee shop attached to the end of the building, a great place to eat. Enjoy out door/ indoor table seating while you what for appointment or results. #GoogleGiudes #LetsGuide"
