"While the shoes are comfortable, the owner & his staff have no customer service at all. The shop assistant at Oakleigh is extremely rude. All you will get are excuses and blaming the customer. They will never get my money again. I do not recommend this business."

"Zero if possible. Worst customer service and shoes ever. Save your money and respect and don't shop here. I will report to consumer affairs as what happened to me was terrible and worst shopping experience. I bought 3 pairs of shoes online, Uncomfortable- I live far 45 mins from the only store at chadestone. I had to go to try find comfortable shoes or return then couldn't find any but finally I like 2 shoes asked to return 3rd she said our policy no return only exchange I said I need credit to use online later she said sorry credit store to use only in store- initially I bought online. Fi ially I decided to keep 3rd pair which isn't comfortable to end the story. She said 1 shoes is available other we need to post I said I need to wear Saturday she said might not reach but will put urgent note to be posted fast- not received yet, asked to pay postage! I refused then she removed postage money. 45 mins drive home- took shoes out 2 scratches on the heels! What after all of that?!. I send an email about that to head office but that store care nothing about customer satisfaction just need your money. No reply I went again there she gave another pair I said I don't like material in box and scratched how about when I use it and wear it I need to refund as shown they put the Australian customer law in the shop she said not major damage no refund you just don't like it. I said I don't and she said no refund and I have customers in shop I told her they should listen and know your policy she said I will call security?! I said I will put review so people knows and will contact customer affairs as no open I have e,cept to buy shoes I don't trust it's material or Uncomfortable as a punishment of shopping online! But they hang on Australian law that pic. Attached is taken from the shop. And this is power of word of mouth. I will spread the word. I work with people and as much bad experience I had I will tell as this was worst experience ever I had with any shopping in store or online. And if no online you would have closed during covid! Unprofessional, money taskers, zero customer satisfaction. Word or mouth spread as an eye blink and I will make sure every person I know knows abut that experience with zero respect for customers and client satisfaction You said I don't like it and even I did wear it today. Swollen feet! Wow even Uncomfortable, no need to shop there shop in a place that respect their customer satisfaction as this is number one. Not as money is out of your pocket it will never return back to you even if uyou are unhappy unsatisfied! Zero customer care. And bad quality on top! Declin will come fast.... Will reach consumer affairs"

"I'm still disgusted by the shop assistant at the Oakleigh store. The store was closed during lunch on Friday. I work in Oakleigh and can only do my shopping during my lunch break. A customer was there before me and was in the phone with the manager. Soon after the shop assistant came running down the mall with wet hair She had gone for a blow wave. She looked at us like we disturbed her and refused to help me with shoe sizes. I was prepared to buy a pair of shoes but her behaviour put me off. Here's an idea, go for your blow wave before work or after work not between 12 and 2pm when Oakleigh is full of customers. Definitely wont be going there again!!"

"I purchased a pair of shoes online and received it damaged. On contacting on the number given, I was assured that I would either get a replacement or the money refunded. They did not have the design any more. In order to make a refund, I was asked to post the shoe back to them when I receive the pre-paid envelop. The prepaid envelop never reached me. I contacted Murray. He acknowledged receiving my message, and he promised to attend to it immediately. I waited another week and called him several times. With no success, I took the shoes to their Chadstone store since I could not get through to Mr Murray. When I got there, the lady at the shop was aware of my complaint and accepted the damaged shoes. She refused to refund but gave me only a credit note and said they will get back to me after checking with Mr Murray. We waited another week and tried to make a call to Mr Murray. This time Mr Murray wouldn't answer the call. Then I made a visit to Chadstone again. The lady at the shop said she had sent it to the factory and Mr Murray will get back to us. In frustration I picked up another design which is not to my taste. I knew I lost my money. I will never go there again, I think this is dodgy set up. Mr Murray must wake up and talk to customers who paid good money and he should keep to his word. This is a request that was made not because of a change of mind. No consumer should have to accept damaged goods after paying full price."
