"I have bought yet another pair of Preston Zly boots (as I only wear boots) from the Born Free range. The cowgirl boots. I love them, love them love them. I never have instant comfort with any boots, but these ones I bought a size bigger so I could wear socks and they are PERFECT. So happy can't wait to buy another pair from them."
"Would not recommend. The zip boot was very expensive and whilst it initially looked okay was very painful to wear for even a small amount of walking. I had terrible blisters and the shoe cut into the back of my foot. The design of the shoe is also quite dull and it looks similar to products of a much lower price. I was recommended these shoes by a friend who told me they were a prestigious designer...well after this I certainly won't be taking her advice on fashion again. I can buy something similar from Rivers for $49.95 that doesn't slice chunks of flesh off my feet! These boots are as uncomfortable as Chinese foot binding."
"Bought a pair of shoes, as they were out of season I did not wear them for 3 months and then when put them on found them to be faulty. Preston Zly would not replace, repair or refund. Were very dismissive and not interested in customer service or acknowledging their product was faulty. Their response was that they had made hundreds of shoes with no problem - gosh I must be lying?????"
