Reviews of Tony Bianco South Yarra
"Beautiful service from Savannah today - will definitely be returning!"
"Bought the most gorgeous pair of boots last week- couldn't believe they had a size 5 too- very rare."
"My recent visit for a pair of boots originally purchased of $400 from interstate due to unavailable size was shockingly disappointing!! Up to this day all sale assistants have been great however this time I was served by the store manager and I couldn't believe how rude, tense and defensive she was towards me - mind you I was calm and respectfully expressing my concern - without even asking any questions to understand my concerns and back story, she was just pushing back and to me it looked like she already made her mind up prior. And I am certain she even lied about the fact that all shoes in display of store are sprayed with conditioner! It is such a shame for TB to have such unprofessional manager leading a team specially at South Yarra boutique!"
"I purchased a pair of sandals from Sydney, they didn't have my size so they ordered them from the South Yarra store to be delivered to my home. The shoes that arrived were scuffed on the sole and the right shoe was from the store shelf and stretched. I contacted TB and was told I had to return them to a store for a refund, which I did. The store I returned them to then put the pair I returned, into their stock to re-sell. I purchased another pair online of the same sandal online thinking they would be a new pair. A week later I received the new pair from the Broadbeach store and they were the same as the first pair scuffed on the sole and the right shoe was from the store shelf and stretched. I contacted TB and the final email I have from the customer service agent says that I can return them and quoted from the email response "The soles of the shoes will just get dirty once worn anyway," . Not a happy customer as I used to like their shoes. Their brand has definitely gone downhill. It's not very good business practice when their policy is to send online customers shoes that have been worn in store and off the stores retail shelf. As the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission states "Online businesses have the same responsibilities to consumers as physical businesses." This does not seem to be the case with TB as I have found out."
"The two girls you have working at your South Yarra store are unprofessional and rude. As soon as I walked in, they looked up and back down again, like they would rather nobody walk into the store. I tried on a few pairs of boots which seemed like such a bother to them, then told them I would be back. I really didn’t want to spend $390 after receiving such poor customer service. I decided to go back and purchase as there are no other stores close to me. I ended up wearing the boots for 3 hours at a 30th and the heel bent out of shape meaning I had to leave the birthday to go home and change my shoes as they were no longer safe to walk in. I felt uncomfortable knowing I needed to go back in for a refund and face these girls again. I showed the manager the boots and she abruptly questioned me and then went on to accuse me of falling over, putting too much pressure on the heel, or driving in them. None of which I did. For $390 I expect to be able to get years of wear from a pair of Tony Bianco boots. I honestly don’t know why you would still allow these girls to be the face of your brand, after reading several bad reviews, clearly I’m not the only one who has experienced this shocking customer service. After being spoken to extremely rudely with a condescending attitude, I was given a refund but what I expected was an apology for the poor quality of the boots and some recognition that this shouldn’t have happened. I will obviously not be shopping at this store again and can’t imagine it will be open much longer if this is how they treat their customers."
