"The staff were super unhelpful and not friendly when I requested a refund for shoes I bought 2 weeks ago. They were in perfect condition hadn’t been worn and still in the box with the receipt. They could only offer a store credit or exchange. They should have told me that they don’t do refunds at the time I purchased the shoes especially as these were a gift for my sister. I won’t be shopping here again."
